Dragsholm Slot has a Michelin star, awarded in 2017, a kitchen built around the reclaimed seabed of the Lammefjord, and rooms in the old porter's lodge across the moat. It also has a pillar with a circular groove worn into the floor around it, which the castle will show you, and a Scotsman buried in the church at Fårevejle a few kilometres away whose identity has never been conclusively established. For some eight hundred years there has been a building on this islet in northwest Zealand, and for a long stretch of that time its main business was holding people who could not be allowed to leave.]]></description>
